Revival by Martin & Co watches have been hand crafted from 100% natural wood. We pride ourselves in delivering exceptional design and superior quality with every piece of art we produce. While we're confident in the outstanding quality of our products, if you are experiencing issues, our exchange, repair, and return programs are outlined below.

ONE YEAR WARRANTY

IF YOU HAD A LITTLE ACCIDENT WITH YOUR WATCH

If you were a little bit careless with your timepiece, you knocked it on something sharp, it got caught and broke, etc. we will charge you a small repair fee and make your watch as good as new again. Honesty is appreciated.


IF THERE WAS A DEFECT

When you work with natural materials, sometimes blemishes and defects occur. While we have a rigorous quality testing process, if there was a defect in our workmanship, we will repair the watch free of charge. For Canada and the United States customers we will refund the return shipping costs up to $25. For customers outside of Canada and the United States, a return shipping fee reimbursement will be provided (up to $25 CAD).

You wanted a different watch or decided to save your money for something else?


EXCHANGES WITHIN 15 DAYS OF DELIVERY

You wanted the Ebony instead of the Walnut you bought? We will exchange your watch free of charge. We just ask that you cover the shipping fee back to us and the shipping fee for the new watch shipment.

REFUNDS WITHIN 15 DAYS OF DELIVERY

Need that money for something else? We will refund your complete purchase (less any shipping). We ask that you cover the shipping fee back to us.

AFTER 15 DAYS, BUT WITHIN 45 DAYS

Took you a while to change your mind? No problem, we will exchange your watch or refund your order (less any shipping). We will charge a flat 15% restocking fee and ask that you cover the shipping fee back to us. Watch must be in new, unused condition.

Orders & Shipping

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. Revival by Martin & Co watches can be shipped all over the world. Anywhere in North America is free shipping and the rest of the world is a flat fee of $25. 

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

Yes. We ship to P.O. boxes with a valid credit card and billing address.


WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept every major credit and debit card including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We pride ourselves on prompt delivery. All orders placed between Sunday 5:00pm CST and Friday 3:00pm CST will be shipped within 24 hours. All orders placed from Friday 3:00pm CST through Sunday 5:00pm CST will be processed and mailed the following Monday.
If a watch in your order is currently out of stock you will be notified with the estimated delivery time. At that time you will have the option to continue with your order or accept a full refund, including shipping.

CAN I ORDER A WATCH THAT IS ON BACKORDER?

Yes. Watches on backorder can still be ordered and processed through the Revival by Martin & Co website. Although we make every attempt to have all our watches available and ready to ship we do experience shortages due to demand. When you purchase a watch on backorder we will inform you of an estimated delivery date.


HOW DO I ORDER EXTRA LINKS OR REPLACEMENT PARTS?

DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INCLUDE CUSTOMS CHARGES?

Unfortunately, duties and taxes are not included in the price of your watch purchase.


WHAT IF I DIDN'T PICK UP MY PACKAGE IN TIME OR REFUSED MY PACKAGE

In the event that any "Unclaimed", "Refused", or "Return to Sender" package is shipped back to us due to, but not limited to:

  • failure to sign for it
  • not picking it up at the local post office
  • failure to pay for customs, duties, and taxes
  • refusal to accept the package
We will notify you upon receipt of the returned package and you may choose between:
  • reshipment of the package (additional shipping charge applies)
  • refund for the order (less any shipping costs, sizing fee, customization fees & 15% restocking fee )

CAN I USE MULTIPLE GIFT CARDS (OR COUPON CODES) ON A SINGLE ORDER?

We do not allow multiple gift cards or coupon codes to be used on a single order.

WILL I HAVE ANY ALLERGIES TO MY WOOD WATCH?

Revival by Martin & Co watches use only 100% natural, reclaimed wood and we refrain from the use of toxic chemicals to either treat or protect the wood.
For any client that experiences discomfort (itching or rash) on their wrist after wearing a Revival by Martin & Co. watch, we suggest you stop wearing the watch and consult your doctor.

HOW CAN I CARE FOR MY WATCH TO PREVENT CRACKING AND INCREASE DURABILITY?

With proper care, your wood watch can be worn for many years. The biggest enemy of wood is sudden changes in temperature and humidity. This means if you leave your watch in a car on a hot sunny day, the high temperature has the ability to swell the wood and cause it to crack. Same with leaving it in the car on a particularly cold day or night, the cold will shrink the wood, putting pressure against the glass and pins and could cause breakage at those points.
Humidity control is also important. Too much and the wood will absorb the water and swell, too little and it will dry out the wood and shrink. Swelling and shrinking increase the possibility of cracking at the time and in the future. When you are not wearing your watch, be sure that it is inside, and also protected in either its original wooden box or in a watch or jewelry box to protect it from an overly wet or dry environment. Additionally, you can use a wood conditioner. We recommend Tung Oil or Lemon oil both of which can be found at hardware stores
Using a soft cloth, pour 1 teaspoon of your chosen oil on to the cloth and then use the cloth over the surface of the wood, buffing slightly. This will aid in keeping your watch clean and conditioned and will increase the luster.

HOW CAN I ADJUST THE WOOD WATCH TO FIT MY WRIST?

To resize your watch, we recommend you take your new Revival by Martin & Co watch to your preferred jeweler or watch repair shop to have them size it for you.

ARE REVIVAL BY MARTIN & CO WATCHES WATER RESISTANT?

Revival by Martin & Co watches are considered to be splash proof. Normal wear and use can include kitchen activities, a day on the beach, the gym, etc. However, full submergence in water is not recommended both for the integrity of the movement and the wood itself. Excessive moisture exposure can result in a diminished flexibility in the bands wood links. If this occurs, allow the watch to dry for 1 to 2 days to allow the wood links to dry and return to their natural size.

CAN I REPLACE THE BATTERY?

For Revival by Martin & Co wood watches that utilize a quartz movement a battery replacement may eventually be needed. This can be done at any reputable jeweler or watch repair shop. We do not suggest that Revival by Martin & Co owners attempt to change the battery themselves.
